While our sister restaurants Amano Pasta & Union Chicken have temporarily closed, we are pleased to announce that will be offering pick-up from both of these brands at our Uncle Ray’s locations in Toronto & Hamilton.
In addition to some Uncle Ray’s favourites, a selection of items from our Amano Pasta & Union Chicken restaurants will be available including Chef Mike’s legendary Lasagna and that OG Fried Chicken you have all been asking for from Union Chicken. In addition, you will be able to stock up on a selection of grocery items as well as a selection of wine, beer and spirits.

Wait, I can buy Alcohol?
You betcha, but you have to buy some food with it. Note that alcohol must be picked up by the same person who placed the order so long as they are at least 19 years of age.
How Does Pick-Up work at Uncle Rays?
After your order has been placed online and you have specified your desired pickup time, please follow all instructional signage upon arrival and wait for a member of our staff to pack your order and bring it to you. Should you wish to remain in your car for a curb-side pick-up, please call the restaurant upon your arrival and speak with a staff member who will bring your order out to you. We will happily place your order in the trunk of your vehicle.
Do you Deliver?
At the moment we are not offering a regular delivery service, however we are working toward a long term solution. Should you wish to make special arrangements please connect with a member of our team. A minimum purchase may be required.

Our response to Covid-19
As we work to bring you these items during this critical time, we are proactively taking measures to ensure the health and safety of all of our employees and customers. We want to emphasize that this issue has our full and undivided attention and we are committed to doing everything to keep you safe. The below pillars represent the measures we have already implemented:
Highest Standards of Cleanliness
Our operations team has been working diligently to implement processes and protocols for all of our team members. All regular maintenance and cleaning schedules have been increased, including regular sanitization and disinfecting of all areas including routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. Additionally, we are utilizing only approved disinfecting materials.
Strict Adherence to Physical Distancing
We will be using several different kitchens across multiple restaurants to prepare your food. This allows us to limit the number of staff present at any given time in any given restaurant. Limited touch points and clearly marked work areas and protocols further allows our staff to work together while maintaining safe distances.
We have prioritized good communication as a major preventative tool. All of our staff have received regular briefings on expectations including increased hand washing as often as possible and avoiding interactions with those who are sick. We also have informative posters around the venue reinforcing proper sanitization and disinfecting processes in our communal areas to always keep it top of mind.
